Job Summary
Devoteam N Platform supports companies in designing modern, digital, and user-centric HR processes based on the ServiceNow platform. As a Senior or Lead ServiceNow HR Consultant, you will guide clients through the digital transformation of their HR processes, focusing on Employee Experience, HR Service Delivery, and modern HR architectures. Your tasks include developing concepts and roadmaps, moderating workshops for process definition and optimization, analyzing existing HR processes, and supporting pre-sales activities. The role emphasizes improving employee experiences and relieving HR teams.
Must Have
- Several years of experience in HR or HCM, ideally with HRSM / HRSD / Employee Experience.
- Knowledge in process modeling, process optimization, or quality management.
- Experience in moderating workshops and collaborating with HR stakeholders.
- High motivation to rethink HR processes and guide client teams through change.
- Experience in leading projects or workstreams in an HR/HCM context.
- Proficiency in Pre-Sales, Scoping, or proposal processes.
- Very good German and English language skills.

Job Description
As a Senior or Lead ServiceNow HR Consultant, you will accompany our clients in the digital transformation of their HR processes – with a clear focus on Employee Experience, HR Service Delivery, and modern HR architectures.
Your tasks
- Development of concepts, solutions, and roadmaps for HR digitalization based on ServiceNow HRSD / Employee Experience
- Moderation of workshops for process definition, optimization, re-design, and gap analysis
- Analysis of existing HR processes and derivation of meaningful improvement and automation measures
- Accompanying the transformation of HR areas: from discovery to implementation
- Development of solutions that increase efficiency, minimize risks, and sustainably relieve HR teams
- Close collaboration with client teams and our delivery units
- Support in pre-sales activities such as scoping, RFPs, and solution design
- Depending on seniority, you will also take on the following levels of responsibility:
- Independently take on demanding technical tasks, workstreams, and consulting content or
- Take on delivery responsibility as an Engagement Manager, technically lead project teams, and act as a central Trusted Advisor to HR management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in the HR or HCM environment, ideally with HRSM / HRSD / Employee Experience
- Know-how in process modeling, process optimization, or quality management
- Experience in moderating workshops and collaborating with HR stakeholders
- High motivation to rethink HR processes and guide client teams through change
- Experience in leading projects or workstreams in an HR/HCM context
- Proficiency in Pre-Sales, Scoping, or proposal processes
- Very good German and English language skills
ServiceNow certifications are a plus – but not a must.
