Job Summary

As an ITSM / ServiceNow Consultant, you will guide our clients towards modern, efficient, and digital processes. You will combine technology, consulting, and methodology to actively shape projects. Your tasks include moderating workshops for process design, optimization, and implementation, analyzing existing ITSM/ESM processes, advising on ServiceNow architectures, and creating solution designs. You will collaborate closely with client teams and ensure high-quality delivery across all project phases. Depending on your seniority, you will lead workstreams or entire client projects as a trusted advisor.

Must Have

  • Moderate and conduct workshops for process design and optimization
  • Analyze ITSM/ESM processes and develop improvements
  • Advise on ServiceNow architectures and best practices
  • Create solution designs, roadmaps, and implementation concepts
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery
  • Participate in pre-sales activities
  • Several years of Enterprise Service Management experience, ideally with ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge in process modeling, optimization, or quality management
  • Experience in workshop moderation and project/workstream leadership
  • Confident stakeholder management at management level
  • Proficiency in pre-sales or offer processes
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Willingness to take responsibility and contribute to team success

  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus

Job Description

As an ITSM / ServiceNow Consultant, you will accompany our clients on their journey to modern, efficient, and digital processes. You will combine technology, consulting, and methodology – and actively shape projects.

Your tasks

  • Moderation and execution of workshops on process design, optimization, and implementation
  • Analysis of existing ITSM/ESM processes and development of concrete improvement suggestions
  • Consulting on ServiceNow architectures, best practices, and transformation strategies
  • Creation of solution designs, roadmaps, and implementation concepts
  • Close collaboration with client teams and our delivery units
  • Ensuring high-quality delivery across all project phases
  • Participation in pre-sales activities such as scoping, RFPs, or effort estimates
  • Depending on your seniority, you will also take on the following levels of responsibility:
  • Independently take on demanding tasks and lead workstreams or
  • Manage complete client projects, technically lead teams, and act as a central Trusted Advisor at management level.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in Enterprise Service Management, ideally with ServiceNow
  • In-depth knowledge in process modeling, optimization and/or quality management
  • Experience in workshop moderation
  • Experience in leading projects or workstreams
  • Confident stakeholder management at management level
  • Routine in pre-sales or offer processes
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Desire to take responsibility and make a difference in a team

ServiceNow certifications are a plus – but not a must.
