The Public Consulting pillar focuses on change management, interim management, project management, IT Business consultancy, Agile information management, and service management within the public sector, with a special focus on the social domain (WMO, Youth Care, and Participation). They are seeking an experienced Change Manager Social Domain to execute change management assignments at a tactical and strategic level for clients, helping to shape ongoing developments affecting employees, processes, and culture.

Must Have

• HBO and preferably WO degree
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within local government
• Clear vision and open approach to changes; integral, result-oriented, and people-oriented
• Experience leading as a change manager
• Extensive knowledge of the Social Domain (participation, WMO, or Youth Care)
• Independent, firm, and connected to the environment
• Strategic insight and understanding of administrative and social relations
• Strong leader and discussion partner for management and board
• Strategically oriented and focused on long-term vision development
• Proficient in change management methodologies
• Very proficient in written and spoken Dutch

Job Description

For our Public Consulting pillar, we are looking for an experienced Change Manager Social Domain. You will, as an Interim Manager, carry out change management assignments at a tactical and strategic level for our clients. The social domain is constantly in motion. Developments that have consequences for the employees concerned in terms of working methods, processes, and culture. We are looking for Interim Managers for our clients who can help shape these changes. Change Managers with a strategic vision and with an eye and heart for the citizen, organization, and the public interest!

Job Requirements

• You have an HBO and preferably a WO diploma.
• You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in a similar role within local government.
• You approach changes with a clear vision and open mind; you work and think integrally, and your approach is result-oriented and people-oriented.
• You have experience in leading as a change manager and possess extensive knowledge of the Social Domain (participation, WMO, or Youth Care).
• You are independent and firm, yet connected to your environment.
• You have strategic insight and a sense of administrative and social relations.
• You are a strong leader and discussion partner for management and the board.
• You are strategically oriented and focused on long-term vision development.
• In addition, you are familiar with change management methodologies.
• Naturally, you are very proficient in both written and spoken Dutch.
