Change Management

Seeking a dynamic professional in Microsoft 365 and Copilot Change Management. This role involves implementing and adopting Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools in a strategic project, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing user productivity. Responsibilities include executing change management strategies, managing communication plans, creating and delivering training programs, developing documentation, providing user support, and collaborating with stakeholders to address adoption barriers. The position is 100% remote with occasional meetings in Madrid or Barcelona.

Must Have

• 1-3 years of experience in adoption and change management projects, preferably in IT environments.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Planner, Loop, etc.) and Copilot.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Good to Have

• Experience in change management methodologies and best practices is valued.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic professional in Microsoft 365 and Copilot Change Management. In this role, you will participate in the implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools in a strategic project, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing user productivity.

• Execute comprehensive change management strategies for the implementation of Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• Manage communication plans to keep all levels of the organization informed about changes and benefits.
• Create and deliver training programs to support user adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools.
• Develop and maintain change management documentation, including user guides and best practices.
• Deliver training sessions to users and prepare adapted educational materials to facilitate the adoption process of Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• Facilitate, resolve doubts, and provide support among Microsoft 365 and Copilot users, thus fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure sustained adoption and utilization of Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential barriers to adoption.
• Continuously evaluate and refine change management approaches based on user feedback and adoption rates.
• Collaborate on the analysis of user adoption metrics, regular progress reports, and areas for improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the features and functionalities of Microsoft 365 and Copilot, staying updated on the evolution and new developments of Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools.

The position is 100% remote, with availability to attend occasional meetings in Madrid or Barcelona.
