Job Summary
Devoteam is seeking a ServiceNow Customer Workflows Business Lead to drive digital transformation at an enterprise level. This role involves strategically advising clients, developing business areas, and building modern Customer Workflows on innovative platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the Customer Workflows sector, identifying new business opportunities, leading workshops, implementing ServiceNow solutions (CSM, FSM, SPM, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle), and building and managing an expert team.
Must Have
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Workflows in a consulting role
- Profound knowledge in ServiceNow CWF (or similar solutions like Salesforce)
- Experience in pre-sales, proposal creation & C-level stakeholder management
- Proven experience in leading projects and teams
- Very good consulting and soft skills (analysis, presentations, moderation)
- Fluent in German and English
Good to Have
- Experience in moderating customer workshops
- Existing C-level network in the DACH region
- Industry knowledge (e.g., telecommunications, finance, tech, healthcare, retail)

Strategy & Business Development
- are responsible for the further development of the Customer Workflows area within Devoteam
- actively build new business opportunities – based on your industry and technology expertise
- create offer strategies, support pre-sales and develop our CWF pipeline
Consulting & Customer Leadership
- advise customers on IT and business challenges in the CWF area
- identify optimization potential and develop future-proof solutions
- conduct workshops, requirements analyses and decision-making processes at C-level
Implementation & Delivery
- accompany the introduction of ServiceNow solutions (CSM, FSM, SPM, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle, among others)
- support rollout, training and change management
- work closely with project managers, developers and architects
Internal Further Development
- build and lead your own expert team
- support recruiting, marketing and community activities
- shape our ServiceNow excellence with your vision
Qualifications
You are a strong match for us if the following applies to you:
Must-Haves
- at least 5 years of experience in the Customer Workflows environment in a consulting role
- profound knowledge in ServiceNow CWF (or comparable solutions like Salesforce)
- experience in pre-sales, proposal creation & C-level stakeholder management
- proven experience in leading projects and teams
- very good consulting and soft skills (structured analysis, presentations, moderation)
- fluent German and English
Nice-to-Haves
