Senior Change Management

We are looking for a dynamic professional in Microsoft 365 and Copilot Change Management to participate in the implementation and adoption of these tools in a strategic project. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, creating training programs, managing communication plans, and providing continuous support to ensure smooth transition and maximize user productivity. The position is 100% remote with occasional meetings in Madrid or Barcelona.

Must Have

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for Microsoft 365 and Copilot implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential adoption barriers.
• Create and deliver training programs to support user adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools.
• Manage communication plans to keep all organizational levels informed about changes and benefits.
• Work closely with IT and project teams to align change management activities with technical implementation timelines.
• Develop and maintain change management documentation, including user guides and best practices.
• Provide training sessions and prepare adapted educational materials for Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption.
• Facilitate, resolve doubts, and provide support among Microsoft 365 and Copilot users.
• Provide continuous support to ensure sustained adoption and utilization of Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools.
• Evaluate and continuously refine change management approaches based on user feedback and adoption rates.
• Analyze user adoption metrics and provide regular reports on progress and areas for improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 and Copilot features and functionalities, staying updated on their evolution.
• Over 3 years of experience in change management, preferably in IT environments.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Planner, Loop, etc.) and Copilot.
• Experience in change management methodologies and best practices, preferably Prosci®.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
• Foster client engagement through continuous coordination, identifying needs and ensuring proactive communication.
