Job Description

Hiring & Educational Platform Leader

We are looking for a Hiring & Educational Platform Leader

Location: Remote, Global. Preference for local candidates in Paphos (Cyprus)

About Us

Program-Ace is an innovative IT company with over 30 years of experience in software development. We specialize in building custom digital solutions, including AR/VR applications, simulations, digital twins, and interactive training platforms. Our portfolio includes award-winning products and long-term partnerships with global leaders such as GAP, Deutsche Telekom, Deloitte, Qualcomm, Lenovo, Meta, BBC, and many others.

The Challenge:

We are an international IT company with a database of 240,000+ professionals worldwide. We no longer believe in traditional recruiting with cold calls and spam. We believe in Inbound & Community-Led Growth.

We are looking for a Hiring & Educational Platform Leader — a visionary and a hands-on practitioner who will transform this audience into a global ecosystem where top talent comes to projects on their own. We combine education, technology, and hiring to create a “Blue Ocean” in the talent market.

Your Mission:

You will not be manually closing vacancies. Your task is to build a “factory” for talent attraction. You will lead the transformation of hiring processes, turning them into a seamless path from educational content viewer to project contributor.

The project vision is already defined, and the software is already under development. The MVP will be ready by 30.12.2025 — and that’s when promotion can begin!

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Architecture: Further development of the Inbound Recruiting strategy. You will decide how to convert interest in learning into the desire to work with us.

Talent Community Management: Building a system for segmentation and engagement of a large community (240k+). Implementing gamification and loyalty programs for candidates.

Content-Driven Funnel: Managing the activity calendar (webinars, challenges, hackathons). You will collaborate closely with Tech Leads and Marketing to ensure the content attracts exactly the Middle+/Senior talent we need.

Automation & Tech: Implementing AI Matching and skill-scoring tools. Your goal is a Zero-friction application process.

Flexible Engagement Models: Creating and implementing various collaboration formats with talent that go beyond standard full-time hiring.

Who You Are:

Hybrid Mindset: A blend of HR Director, Product Manager, and Marketing Manager. You think in funnels, conversions, and candidate LTV (Lifetime Value).

Tech Savvy: You understand the IT market, the difference between Java and JavaScript, and what motivates engineers.

Leader: You are ready to take ownership of a project from scratch — from concept to performance metrics (Time-to-Fill, Community Engagement).

Innovative: You are driven by the opportunity to break market stereotypes (“Recruiting is broken, and I want to fix it”).

Why Join Us:

Scale: Work with a “warm” audience of 240,000+ people — a dream for any recruiter and marketer.

Impact: You will build a system that has almost no analogues on the market.

Freedom: Product Owner—level role with resources and full freedom for experimentation.

Career: Excellent opportunity to be at the foundation of a long-term, large-scale project.
