We're looking for a Mobile User Acquisition Team Lead to hands-on manage user acquisition campaigns and to work closely with the creative, analytics, and product teams.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Lead and own the UA strategy for newly released games, driving their growth and maximizing profitability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of UA managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to co-direct and optimize creative strategies.
  • Work alongside the product team to monitor performance, address challenges, and highlight growth opportunities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and budgets across all phases of game launch and scaling.
  • Hands-on management and optimization of large-scale paid marketing campaigns to exceed monthly goals.
  • Lead strategic discussions with marketing platform partners to identify growth opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate plans, progress, and challenges to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Promote knowledge sharing across the marketing team and contribute to developing team capabilities.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience as a UA manager/lead in a gaming companyMust.
  • Proven experience leading a team of UA professionals, including coaching, delegation, and performance management.
  • Deep analytical skills, with a proven ability to analyze data trends and derive actionable insights.
  • Solid track record of managing large-scale campaigns, especially on platforms like Facebook or Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, trend visualization, and correlation analysis.
  • A collaborative leader and excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
