Job Summary
CrazyLabs, a global leader in mobile gaming, is seeking a Creative Lead to define the creative vision for their top hybrid-casual and casual games. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of motion and design experts, driving high-performing marketing creatives, overseeing App Store visuals, optimizing creative testing, and partnering with UA teams for data-driven decisions, while also identifying new creative trends in the gaming space.
Must Have
- Lead the creative strategy for new and existing games
- Manage and mentor a squad of motion designers, graphic designers, and creative developers
- Drive high-performing marketing creatives (videos, playables, IECs, GIFs, static)
- Oversee App Store visuals (icons, screenshots, titles, videos)
- Build and optimize creative testing methodologies
- Partner with UA teams to make fast, data-driven creative decisions
- Identify and set new creative trends in the gaming space
- 5+ years in mobile gaming creative roles
- Proven success building creative strategies and growth-driving campaigns
- Excellent storytelling skills across video, design, UX, and copy
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in leading a team
- Fluent in English
- Live and breathe social trends

Requirements

- Hybrid-casual experience and Simulation games- a huge advantage
- Proven success building creative strategies and growth-driving campaigns

- Analytical mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in leading a team
- Fluent in English
