CrazyLabs, a global leader in mobile gaming, is seeking a Creative Lead to define the creative vision for their top hybrid-casual and casual games. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of motion and design experts, driving high-performing marketing creatives, overseeing App Store visuals, optimizing creative testing, and partnering with UA teams for data-driven decisions, while also identifying new creative trends in the gaming space.

Must Have

  • Lead the creative strategy for new and existing games
  • Manage and mentor a squad of motion designers, graphic designers, and creative developers
  • Drive high-performing marketing creatives (videos, playables, IECs, GIFs, static)
  • Oversee App Store visuals (icons, screenshots, titles, videos)
  • Build and optimize creative testing methodologies
  • Partner with UA teams to make fast, data-driven creative decisions
  • Identify and set new creative trends in the gaming space
  • 5+ years in mobile gaming creative roles
  • Proven success building creative strategies and growth-driving campaigns
  • Excellent storytelling skills across video, design, UX, and copy
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Fluent in English
  • Live and breathe social trends

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the creative strategy for new and existing games

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in mobile gaming creative roles
  • Hybrid-casual experience and Simulation games- a huge advantage
  • Proven success building creative strategies and growth-driving campaigns
  • Excellent storytelling skills across video, design, UX, and copy
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Fluent in English
  • Live and breathe social trends
  • Motion design background- nice to have
