Job Summary

Razorfish is seeking an Intern - Art Direction for its 2026 Summer Internship Program. This hybrid role, based in Chicago, Miami, New York, or Birmingham, MI, is designed for college juniors, seniors, or recent graduates interested in marketing, technology, and creativity. Must Have

Program Details

Internship Dates: June 1 – July 31, 2026

In-Office: Hybrid (3 days per week in-office) - designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection

Office Locations: Chicago | Miami | New York | Birmingham, MI

Responsibilities

Art directors grasp the big picture of an advertisement and communicate it visually. These are artists with a vision and a core understanding of design. They set the tone and lead the style of the work produced and works in tandem with copywriters who draft specific messaging in an advertising campaign.

The Day-to-Day:

Art Directors work closely with copywriters to generate ideas to present to a client. They are responsible for conceptualizing designs and rallying a team of creatives (most commonly artists, talent and photographers) to work on various projects. Art Directors edit presentations and resources to ensure clients’ asks/needs are met.

Additional information

At Publicis Groupe, we offer medical and voluntary benefits to our freelancers and temporary employees. Voluntary benefit options include supplemental medical insurance, transportation, and parking benefits, legal benefits, pet insurance, and auto and home insurance. You must be actively employed for 90 consecutive calendar days in order to be eligible for Publicis medical and voluntary benefits. You will also be eligible to participate in the Publicis 401(k) Plan after you complete 1,000 work hours in a consecutive 12-month period.

Compensation Range: $20 per hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
