Job Summary

As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) at Devoteam N Platform, you will join a team of over 500 tech experts and 200 consultants. You will provide customers with a comprehensive transformation approach for the ServiceNow platform, helping them implement digital workflows to boost operational productivity, enhance employee experiences, and redefine customer loyalty. You will manage the entire sales process, from lead qualification and cold acquisition to customer base development, actively identifying new sales opportunities and collaborating closely with ServiceNow Germany as a top partner.

Must Have

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to customer base development
  • Actively develop new accounts and identify sales opportunities
  • Work closely with ServiceNow Germany as a top partner
  • Responsible for pitches, tenders, and project closure
  • Strong sales, business development, or partner manager expertise
  • Proven success in IT project business, ideally with ServiceNow focus
  • Fluent German and good English language skills
  • High self-initiative, responsibility, and goal orientation
  • Strong sales and analytical thinking, combined with social competence
  • Willingness to travel based on customer requirements

  • Strong network and relationship management experience with leading technology partners (preferably ServiceNow)

Job Description

  • As a Sales Manager, you take over the entire sales process – from lead qualification to cold acquisition to the support and development of your customer base
  • You actively develop new accounts and identify new sales opportunities
  • Through close cooperation with ServiceNow Germany, you operate at a top partner level
  • You are responsible for the entire sales process: pitches, tenders, project closure
  • In pre-sales, you will be supported by our ServiceNow Experts and by Delivery
  • You work closely with our local and international sales colleagues to develop new strategies

Qualifications

  • Strong sales expertise as a Sales, Business Development or Partner Manager
  • Demonstrable success in IT project business, ideally with a focus on ServiceNow or comparable
  • A strong network and experience in relationship management with leading technology partners (preferably ServiceNow) are desirable
  • High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and goal orientation
  • Strong sales and analytical thinking, combined with pronounced social competence
  • Willingness to travel depending on customer requirements
  • Fluent German language skills and good English language skills
