Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic sales professional with experience in the hardscape/landscape industry to serve as a Hardscape Sales Consultant for the Greensboro, NC region. This full-time role involves partnering with and selling to a dealer network, growing business through contractors, and supporting retail distribution centers. Responsibilities include educating contractors on product knowledge and installation, ensuring brand consistency, and maintaining the company's reputation. This is an outside sales position requiring travel and daily on-site meetings.
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years experience in hardscape/landscape sales or installation.
- Strong and ambitious work ethic.
- Positive, energized "Can-Do" attitude.
- Ability to build action plans and customer sales strategies.
- Experience with marketing communications, sales, and event planning/support.
- Easy access to the Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, NC area.
- Ability to travel, including overnight.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Job Description
- Partner and Sell to a dealer network.
- Interact and grow dealer business through contractors.
- Service & support your territory's retail distribution centers giving them the tools and resources to grow their business as a Techo-Bloc Authorized Distributor.
- Educate & train contractors on product knowledge and installation best practices.
- Ensure Techo-Bloc’s brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
- Take pride in maintaining the reputation of the company as an industry leader for consumer experience, contractor education, and customer service.
- Outside sales role with some overnight travel required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry (selling or installing).
- Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic;
- Positive "Can-Do" energized attitude;
- Post Secondary Education; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in building action plans, deciphering sales reports, and building customer sales strategies;
- Experience planning, supporting, and marketing communications, sales, and events;
- A road warrior role with a home office- requires daily face-to-face on-site meetings. Easy access to the Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, NC area is a must.
- Must be able to travel.
- A valid passport if required to attend Head Office training/meetings in Canada.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
