Job Summary
The Automotive Oil Regional Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and managing dealers, and building/coaching a sales team within a specific region. Key duties include formulating and executing sales plans, optimizing the dealer network, managing daily dealer operations, conducting market research, and controlling the sales expense budget. Candidates should have over 8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in sales management, and strong abilities in team management, channel development, customer relations, business negotiation, and market analysis.
Must Have

- Valid driver's license

Job Introduction
Regional Director / Manager (Regions: East China 1 person, Southwest 1 person, North China 1 person, Northeast 1 person)
Positioning: Responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and managing dealers, and building and coaching teams in a specific major region (or province).
1. Reporting to: General Manager / VP of Marketing.
2. Subordinates: Regional Sales Manager, Dealer Sales Support Manager.
3. Core Responsibilities:
(1) Formulate and execute annual/quarterly sales targets and sales plans for the region, and break them down to regional managers and dealers.
(2) Responsible for the development, recruitment, evaluation, and elimination of dealers within the region, optimizing the dealer network layout.
(3) Fully responsible for the daily management, relationship maintenance, policy dissemination, and implementation for dealers within the region.
(4) Guide and supervise the work of regional sales managers and dealer sales support managers to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
(5) Conduct market research, grasp regional market information, competitor dynamics, and customer needs, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner.
(6) Responsible for the recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and motivation of the regional sales team (regional sales managers, dealer sales support managers).
(7) Organize and participate in visits and negotiations with key customers, assisting in solving major sales problems within the region.
(8) Responsible for the preparation and control of the regional sales expense budget, ensuring the efficiency of sales investment.
(9) Regularly report regional sales performance, market conditions, and existing problems to the General Manager/VP of Marketing, and propose solutions.
Qualifications / Requirements:
(1) College degree or above, in Marketing, Business Administration, or related majors.
(2) 8+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years of sales management experience; experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) / automotive aftermarket / lubricant industry dealer management is preferred.
(3) Possess excellent abilities in team management, channel development, customer relationship maintenance, business negotiation, and accounts receivable management.
(4) Possess strong market analysis, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
(5) Proficient in office software and able to adapt to long-term business trips.
(6) Possess excellent qualities of being goal-oriented and results-oriented, with strong leadership, stress resistance, and communication and coordination skills.
(7) Hold a valid driver's license.
Salary and Benefits:
