Must Have

The Merkury Market sales network is unique in that only here you will find departments with furniture, household goods, home accessories, garden assortment as well as building materials under one roof.

We will not lie, we are not a perfect employer (no company is) and we are not looking for perfect employees either. We are looking for nice people who enjoy working in the store and who will fit into our "Merkury family" so that together we can create an environment where our employees and our customers will feel good.

When selecting candidates, we take into account the physical demands and focus of the department, as well as the previous experience of the candidates and their personal preferences. Therefore, the start in a specific department will be agreed with the candidates after a personal interview.

Job description:

  • Care for the assigned department.

  • User knowledge of PC work.
  • Working hours are unevenly distributed within the opening hours of the store from Monday to Sunday (4 working days, but you need to count on 12-hour shifts and weekend work).
  • Experience in a similar position or knowledge of the assortment is welcome.

Our offer:

  • Net salary during the starting month: approx. 800 - 900 EUR for a full month worked.
  • Average net salary: approx. 900 - 1200 EUR for a full month worked.
  • Annual bonuses up to 1000 EUR (after one year of employment).
