Job Summary
Autodesk is seeking a Fusion Expansion Sales Specialist to drive growth within existing high-potential customer accounts. This digital-first inside sales role focuses on increasing subscriptions, upgrading to higher-tier Fusion offerings, and activating advanced data capabilities with PLM. The specialist will manage high-velocity sales cycles virtually, partnering with other sales teams and technical experts. This is a fast-paced, competitive, and team-oriented environment for scaling a breakout product in a massive market, offering significant impact and growth opportunities.
Must Have
- Expand Fusion customer accounts by identifying high leverage workflows and product areas
- Run end-to-end virtual sales cycles, including qualification, solution alignment, objection handling, and closing
- Build targeted expansion plans for your territory to deliver immediate lift
- Work closely with Fusion Data Specialists and Technical Sales for demos and technical validation
- Partner with the land team for consistent strategy and clean handoffs
- Multi-thread inside accounts to uncover hidden opportunities and create expansion momentum
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce
- Success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management with revenue growth as a metric
- Confidence running virtual sales cycles without in-person meetings
- Ability to uncover expansion opportunities and convert them into closed business
- Comfort engaging design, engineering, and manufacturing audiences
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders from technical users to leadership
- Interest in cloud-native technology, AI-driven workflows, and modern manufacturing transformation

Fusion Expansion Sales Specialist
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Position Overview
Fusion is one of Autodesk’s fastest growing businesses, and the expansion team fuels that momentum. We are hiring a Fusion Expansion Sales Specialist to grow Fusion inside high potential existing customers. You will drive incremental subscriptions, upgrade accounts into higher tier Fusion offerings, and activate Fusion’s advanced data capabilities with PLM.
This is a digital first inside sales role. You run focused, high velocity sales cycles over phone and Zoom. You identify the strongest expansion plays inside active accounts and convert them into measurable revenue and usage growth. You will partner tightly with other expansion reps, the land team responsible for new customer acquisition, and a deep bench of Fusion data specialists and technical sellers who help you position the platform with confidence.

- Run end to end virtual sales cycles - Qualify fast, align the solution, handle objections, and close
- Build targeted expansion plans for your territory that prioritize where Fusion delivers immediate lift
- Work closely with Fusion Data Specialists and Technical Sales to deliver sharp demos and technical validation
- Partner with the land team so customers experience consistent strategy and clean handoffs
- Multi thread inside accounts to uncover hidden opportunities and create expansion momentum
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and modern sales tools
- Share insights, patterns, and repeatable plays that help the expansion team scale faster
- Expansion revenue from addon subscriptions, upgrades, and PLM or data solution sales
- Pipeline creation, progression, and forecast accuracy
- Impact and engagement across expansion, land, and technical teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management roles where revenue growth was the metric
- Confidence running virtual sales cycles without relying on in person meetings
- Ability to uncover expansion opportunities inside existing accounts and convert them into closed business
- Comfort engaging design, engineering, and manufacturing audiences
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders from technical users to leadership
- Interest in cloud native technology, AI driven workflows, and modern manufacturing transformation
