Job Summary
This internship position at OPPO involves administrative and HR support tasks. Responsibilities include managing office supplies, maintaining the office environment, assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, and other assigned administrative duties. It is a full-time internship for current students, offering accommodation and weekends off.
Must Have
- Responsible for the collection, distribution, and inventory registration of office supplies
- Responsible for administrative publicity, office environment inspection and maintenance
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Complete other administrative and HR tasks assigned by superiors
- Currently enrolled student (2026 graduates)
- Associate degree or above
- Meticulous in work and strong sense of responsibility
- Outgoing personality with good communication and coordination skills
- Basic office software skills
Good to Have
- Previous internship experience in administration and HR is preferred

Job Description

Working Hours:
9 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break), weekends off.
