Technical Requirements/Project Management Engineer

This role is for a Technical Requirements/Project Management Engineer at Zhejiang Geely Holding Group. The position involves driving demand management processes, methods, and tools, managing RATs, and overseeing technical platform planning and development. Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-product technical demands, formulating research plans, and analyzing technical information. Candidates should have strong strategic planning experience, business insight, and expertise in in-vehicle technology architecture, including electronic/electrical, software, intelligent driving, cockpit, or chassis development.

Must Have

• Promote demand management processes, methods, and tools
• Manage RATs and improve skills of demand management personnel
• Oversee demand business management for research institute technology platform planning and development
• Coordinate cross-product technical requirements with relevant departments
• Formulate and review medium and long-term technical demand research plans
• Accept and analyze technical demand information via platform
• Hold technical demand analysis review meetings and manage cross-product technical demands
• Distribute, manage, and monitor technical requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of experience
• Rich strategic planning experience and proficient in industry/company research methods
• Strong self-drive, excellent communication, keen business insight, and structured thinking
• Proficient in in-vehicle technology architecture (electronic/electrical, function, software, intelligent driving, cockpit, or chassis development experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for promoting demand management processes, methods, and tools, improving the skills of demand management personnel, and managing RATs.

2. Representing PMT, responsible for demand business management for the research institute's technology platform planning and development, and guiding the work of various RATs.

3. Coordinate cross-product technical requirements with relevant product teams and company departments.

4. Based on the technical platform strategic planning and annual business plan, formulate medium and long-term technical demand research plans and regularly review collection progress.

5. Timely complete the acceptance and analysis of technical demand information in this field through the demand management platform.

6. Regularly hold technical demand analysis review meetings to discuss demand lists submitted by various professional centers RATs and brand institutes, and manage cross-product technical requirements.

7. Responsible for the distribution, management, and monitoring of technical requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of work experience, including experience in technical planning at large technology companies or in-depth research at leading industry consulting firms. (Huawei, Roland Berger background preferred.)

2. Possess rich strategic planning experience and be proficient in industry research and company research methods.

3. Strong self-drive, excellent communication skills, forward-looking and keen business insight, and excellent structured thinking ability.

4. Proficient in in-vehicle technology architecture, with development experience in one of the following dimensions: electronic and electrical architecture, function development, software development, intelligent driving, intelligent cockpit, or intelligent chassis development.
