Job Summary

The Branch General Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing national business expansion strategies, establishing and overseeing operational plans, and driving business growth. This role involves leading a sales team to engage with universities, cultivating key client relationships, and managing team recruitment, coaching, and performance. The manager will also oversee bidding processes for major projects and monitor government and education policies to identify new business opportunities.

Must Have

  • Over 5 years of smart classroom sales experience
  • Familiarity with relevant government policies and project application procedures
  • Experience in education industry sales, market management, and national sales team management
  • Successful experience in major contract business negotiations and million-level project bidding
  • Experience in smart classrooms, smart teaching management platforms, network teaching, or cloud computing related implementation projects

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Based on the company's strategy, formulate national business development strategies, improve the business development system, and supervise its implementation, responsible for business growth.

2. Responsible for formulating business phase goals and operational plans.

3. Responsible for leading the team to connect with various university departments such as religious education centers, information offices, and equipment departments.

4. Lead the team to establish national university classroom business model customers and key customer acquisition and maintenance.

5. Responsible for the recruitment, coaching, evaluation, and motivation of the sales team in the business line. Promote bidding for key projects and control key aspects of bidding projects.

6. Responsible for collecting and understanding policy information from government and education departments to obtain policy support favorable for business development.

Qualifications

1. Over 5 years of experience in smart classroom sales, with a preference for system integrator background.

2. Familiar with relevant government department policies and project application procedures.

3. Experience in education industry sales, market management, and national sales team management preferred.

4. Successful experience in major contract business negotiations and million-level project bidding preferred.

5. Experience in smart classrooms, smart teaching management platforms, network teaching, cloud computing related implementation projects preferred.
