Job Summary
Assystem is seeking an Electrical Business Manager to join their dynamic team in the nuclear energy sector. The role involves preparing and organizing electrical works, piloting project execution, and ensuring quality and safety on sites like the Cattenom CNPE. This position is crucial for accelerating the energy transition by contributing to low-carbon electricity production and distribution.
Must Have
- Prepare and organize electrical works, including developing realization and preparation files.
- Plan interventions and coordinate teams (operating/shutdown units).
- Pilot the execution of construction sites, technically monitoring providers.
- Manage planning and work progress (TPLR).
- Ensure quality and safety of operations, detecting and addressing deviations.
- Minimum 2 years of field experience in electrical works, ideally in a nuclear environment.
- Bac+2 to Bac+5 education in electricity.
Good to Have
- Mastery of Argos, SDIN software (EAM, ECM, GPS, AICo, Epsilon2, EasyPA).
- Rigor, analytical skills, and organizational skills.
- Team spirit, curiosity, and a desire to progress in a demanding technical environment.

Job Description
Your future team:
Join a dynamic team and contribute to strategic projects in the nuclear energy sector. Under the responsibility of Atik, Site Manager at the Cattenom CNPE, you will play a key role in monitoring and successfully completing modification works on electrical installations.
Your missions:
- Prepare and organize works:
- Develop realization and preparation files.
- Plan interventions and coordinate teams (operating unit / shutdown unit).
- Prepare necessary logistics.
- Lead and participate in launch meetings and prerequisite lifting meetings.
- Pilot site execution:
- Technically monitor service providers and partners.
- Manage planning and work progress (TPLR: Terminate / Prolong / Launch / Report).
- Anticipate logistical constraints and resolve encountered problems.
- Ensure contractual follow-up between EDF and intervening companies.
- Ensure quality and safety of operations:
- Detect and treat deviations in real time.
- Monitor interventions until the requalification of installations.

Qualifications
- Bac+2 to Bac+5 education in electricity.
- Minimum 2 years of field experience in electrical works, ideally in a nuclear environment.
- You ideally master Argos, SDIN software (EAM, ECM, GPS, AICo, Epsilon2, EasyPA…).
- Recognized rigor, analytical skills, and organization.
- Team spirit, curiosity, and a desire to progress in a demanding technical environment.
