Must Have

• Supervise, monitor, and follow up on construction work, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and the current project.
• Perform daily tracking of the work.
• Verify work times and tasks performed, and monitor quality control.
• Possess a B1 driving license.

Good to Have

• Experience as a construction site guard, especially in the railway sector, will be valued.
• Knowledge in the use of AutoCAD is a plus.

Your main functions will be:

• Supervise, monitor, and follow up on work related to the project, complying with and enforcing applicable regulations and the current project.
• Carry out daily monitoring of the work.
• Verify the times and work performed, as well as the monitoring of quality control.
