Qualifications
Are you ready to join our league of extraordinary engineers? Here's what you'll need in your utility belt:
- A shiny Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical Engineering (or an equally impressive equivalent). No time travelers from the future, please!
- 2-4 years of post-graduate experience. That's like 730-1460 days of leveling up your engineering skills!
- English communication skills so excellent, you could explain quantum mechanics to a golden retriever. (We'll test this superpower in your interview!)
- SolidWorks 3D modeling skills that would make Tony Stark jealous. Bonus points if you can recite GD&T and ANSI/ASME standards in your sleep!
- A brain packed with knowledge of engineering mechanics, material properties, physics, and manufacturing methods. Think "Big Bang Theory" level of nerdiness, but cooler.
- Electrical theory know-how that would impress Tesla himself, especially in signal transmission, characterization, and signal integrity.
- The ability to see through walls... well, not really, but you should understand how mechanical designs affect electrical functions/performance.
- Six Sigma skills so sharp, you could cut through red tape with them. FMEA experience is like having an extra superpower!
- Finite Element Analysis skills (structural, thermal & fluid) that would make you the life of any engineering party.
- EM and RF simulation experience that's out of this world. Literally, it could help us communicate with aliens (okay, maybe not, but it's still awesome).
- IC test socket or electrical connector design experience? That's like finding the cherry on top of your already impressive sundae of skills!
- Patent experience is the secret sauce that could take you from superhero to legend status.
- Attention to detail so intense, you could spot a needle in a haystack... while blindfolded... on a rollercoaster.
- Problem-solving skills worthy of Sherlock Holmes, with a data-driven approach that would make even Watson jealous.
- Microsoft Office skills so slick, you could create a PowerPoint presentation in your sleep (but please don't, we value work-life balance).
- A willingness to travel 0-20% of the time. Think of it as occasional field trips for grown-ups!
- If you're a US citizen or permanent resident, that's great! If not, no worries – we're equal opportunity awesome-seekers.
