Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Network & Telecoms Administrator to work on strategic projects related to user connectivity and network infrastructure. You will join a dynamic team and contribute to improving the user experience in a multi-site environment. Your main missions will include managing and piloting infrastructure projects (WiFi optimization, LAN/WLAN analysis), providing expert support for connectivity incidents and NAC solutions, and ensuring the operation and maintenance of network equipment.

- WiFi: Deployment and incident management – confirmed level
- LAN/WLAN: Design and operation – confirmed level
- Network & Security: Firewalling, routing, switching (Cisco and Juniper)
- Troubleshooting: User connectivity issues (e.g., Teams)
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Cisco DNA

- Ability to carry out POCs and propose innovative solutions

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Network & Telecoms Administrator to work on strategic projects related to user connectivity and network infrastructure. You will join a dynamic team and contribute to improving the user experience in a multi-site environment.
Your main missions
- Infrastructure project management and steering:
- Redesign and optimization of WiFi solutions across multiple sites.
- Analysis of the connection chain (LAN/WLAN) and proposal of solutions to improve performance and security.
- Expert support:
- Handling incidents related to user connectivity.
- Occasional interventions on NAC solutions (Cisco ISE).
- Contribution to fundamental work on network infrastructures.
- Operation and maintenance:
- Standardization of deployed network solutions.
- Maintaining operational condition of equipment (patching, supervision, backup, hardening).
- Updating technical documentation and technology watch.
- Technical relationship:
- Collaboration with partners (operators, manufacturers, distributors).
Qualifications
Desired profile
- Education: Minimum Bac +2 in IT or telecommunications.
- Experience: At least 5 years in network administration or engineering, with confirmed expertise in user connectivity.
- Soft skills: Excellent analytical skills, autonomy, service orientation, and good interpersonal skills.
