Job Description

This role involves designing, configuring, and administering the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its security and stability. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, implementing monitoring and logging systems, managing access permissions, deploying security tools, and responding to incidents. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT administration or SecOps, with strong skills in Linux/Windows servers, Docker, Nginx, networking, and scripting.

Good To Have:

Experience with DevSecOps practices
Experience configuring CI/CD and infrastructure automation
Experience implementing SIEM / MDM / IDS systems
Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.)
Knowledge of security standards and frameworks
Additional scripting/programming experience (Python, Bash)
English level: B1+

Must Have:

Ensure the security and stability of the company’s infrastructure
Provide technical support to users (accounts, access, hardware, VPN, email, software)
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Manage users, roles, and access permissions
Deploy and administer security tools and solutions for company resources
Respond to security incidents, perform audits, and analyze logs
Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deploy internal services and applications
Document configurations, procedures, and security policies
3–5 years of experience as an IT Administrator / Security Infrastructure Engineer / SecOps
Strong experience with Linux/Windows servers, Docker, and Nginx
Deep understanding of networking and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, firewall, SSL/TLS)
Scripting or programming skills (Python, Bash)
Experience configuring and maintaining access control systems (SSO, IAM, MFA)
Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging solutions
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Ability to document processes and maintain IT infrastructure structure
Experience automating IT/Security processes
