This role involves the supervision of the test network to ensure high performance, including implementations, troubleshooting, and actions related to software, hardware, internet, and mobile networks. Responsibilities also include partner management (onboarding, contracts, relations, payments), shipping and customs clearance, customer support with SLAs, and driving initiatives for improvements.   • Basic knowledge about Internet networks
