Job Summary
The Network Administrator operates, supports, and improves enterprise network services across data centers, offices, and cloud interconnects. They execute approved changes, resolve incidents, harden configurations, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet availability, performance, security, and compliance objectives.
Must Have
- Operate and troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, firewalls, wireless, load balancers, and DNS/IPAM.
- Implement changes via established change control processes.
- Participate in incident response (including major incidents).
- Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability.
- Create and maintain accurate network documentation and SOPs.
- Support security and compliance (e.g., PCI/ISO).
- Contribute to automation for configuration, compliance, backups, and workflows.
- Plan and execute upgrades/migrations during approved windows.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years administering enterprise networks with strong troubleshooting and change execution skills.
- Hands-on experience with common enterprise platforms like Cisco networking and Palo Alto/ASA firewalls.
- Familiarity with monitoring and IPAM/DNS tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Infoblox) and ticketing/change systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Basic scripting/automation exposure (e.g., Python, REST APIs, Git/Azure DevOps/GitHub).
- Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem); strong communication and documentation skills.
Good to Have
- CCNA or CCNP certification.
- Security certifications (e.g., PCNSE).
- Experience with load balancers and certificate lifecycle (e.g., F5 BIG-IP, WAF, TLS hardening).
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure), SD-WAN, Zero Trust/remote access, and network security best practices.
- Experience building pipelines or automation for network configuration and compliance.

We are looking for a Job Profile Network Administrator II:
Job Summary
The Network Administrator operates, supports, and improves enterprise network services across data centers, offices, and cloud interconnects. They execute approved changes, resolve incidents, harden configurations, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet availability, performance, security, and compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, firewalls, wireless, load balancers, and DNS/IPAM across production and non‑production environments; restore service quickly and document fixes.
- Implement changes via established change control processes; perform peer reviews, validations, and post‑change health checks; communicate plans, risks, and backout steps.
- Participate in incident response (including major incidents); provide accurate impact updates and contribute to post‑incident reviews and corrective actions.
- Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability; tune thresholds/dashboards to reduce noise and speed up triage.
- Create and maintain accurate network documentation and SOPs; keep inventories, diagrams, and standards current for operations and audits.
- Support security and compliance (e.g., PCI/ISO) by providing evidence, hardening configurations (TLS/certificates/WAF), and remediating findings on schedule.
- Contribute to automation for configuration, compliance, backups, and workflows (e.g., scripts and CI/CD pipelines) to improve speed and consistency.
- Plan and execute upgrades/migrations during approved windows; engage vendors/TAC effectively when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years administering enterprise networks (routing/switching, VPN, firewalls, wireless, DNS/IPAM) with strong troubleshooting and change execution skills.
- Hands‑on experience with common enterprise platforms (e.g., Cisco networking and Palo Alto/ASA firewalls) in production environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and IPAM/DNS tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Infoblox) and ticketing/change systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Basic scripting/automation exposure (e.g., Python, REST APIs, Git/Azure DevOps/GitHub) for repeatable tasks.
- Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem); strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred
- CCNA or CCNP; security certifications (e.g., PCNSE) are a plus.
- Experience with load balancers and certificate lifecycle (e.g., F5 BIG‑IP, WAF, TLS hardening).
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure), SD‑WAN, Zero Trust/remote access, and network security best practices.
