Sr Dir / Dir, Product Management - XSIAM (Cortex )

Cortex XSIAM is an autonomous SOC platform that fundamentally changes how data, analytics, and automation are used across enterprise and cloud security operations. This role involves leading core pillars within Cortex XSIAM, driving innovative and disruptive approaches, and ensuring effective utilization by partner teams. The successful candidate will lead a product management team through the entire product lifecycle, from collecting customer feedback and prioritizing features to writing product requirements and collaborating with engineering to deliver the roadmap. The role also includes building and launching enterprise-class products and services, working effectively across the organization, and collaborating with UX/UI experts to create intuitive user interfaces.

Must Have

• Lead core pillars within Cortex XSIAM
• Lead a product management team to deliver the entire product life cycle
• Collect customers’ feedback and prioritize features and trade-offs
• Write product requirements and work closely with engineering to deliver the roadmap
• Build and launch enterprise class products and services
• Work effectively with all areas of the organization in a global company
• Work closely with UX/UI experts to create an intuitive user interface
• BS/MS in Computer Science, other engineering/technical degree, or equivalent military experience
• 10 years in product management
• 5 years leading high performance product management teams
• Background in networking and/or security
• Prior leadership experience in B2B/Enterprise product management
• Strong go to market and business analysis skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, priorities and deadlines
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills in English

Your Impact

• Lead core pillars within Cortex XSIAM and grow them to new horizons by bringing innovative and disruptive approaches, and ensure that they can be effectively utilized by partner teams and integrations
• Lead a product management team that will deliver the entire product life cycle - collect customers’ feedback and hear their need, prioritize features and trade offs, write the product requirements and work closely with engineering group to deliver the roadmap

Qualifications

Your Experience

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Other engineering/technical degree, MBA preferred or equivalent military experience required
• 10 years in product management with 5 years leading high performance product management teams
• Background in networking and/or security - Prior leadership experience in B2B/Enterprise product management at large organizations or innovative startups
• Strong go to market and business analysis skills
• Inherent passion for cybersecurity and solving problems
• Drive to design new, innovative and disruptive solutions
• Strong desire to take ownership of new technology products and their full life cycle
