Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha, Qatar. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of staff members to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include overseeing daily floor operations, supervising and training team members, conducting inspections, managing schedules, resolving customer issues, collaborating with other departments, implementing safety protocols, monitoring inventory, and preparing reports.

Must Have

  • Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standards
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are met
  • Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate workflow to optimize efficiency
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance overall customer experience
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on daily operations, staff performance, and any incidents
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and innovation
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a related field
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to make quick decisions under pressure
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
  • Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering outstanding service
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of industry-related safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move around the facility
  • Fluency in English

  • Relevant industry certifications or training
  • Knowledge of Arabic
