Lead Product Designer (Sports AI)

The Design team at SportsAI plays a critical role in ensuring that products and experiences delivered to users are useful, usable, reflect the brand, and are a delight to use. This role involves owning end-to-end design across multiple features and projects, understanding analytics and data patterns, collaborating with engineers, conducting user research, and contributing to strategic conversations to solve meaningful problems for users.

Must Have

• Own the end-to-end design across multiple features and projects
• Understand analytics and data patterns to help inform design decisions
• Work closely with engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality
• Contribute to strategic conversations to help solve meaningful problems for users
• Regularly conduct user research, usability testing, and analyse user feedback
• Drive process improvements and add to the design system to improve consistency and scalability
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with teams, peers and stakeholders
• Actively participate in product roadmap creation and prioritisation
• Influence product direction by identifying high-impact opportunities and aligning design with business goals
• 6+ years of relevant design experience
• Experience in using prototyping tools
• Delivered end to end UX/UI features/projects

The Design team at SportsAI consists of Product Designers, UX Researchers, Content Designers, Graphics Designers, Illustrators and Motion Designers.
