Job Summary
DreamSetGo, part of Dream Sports, is a platform specializing in sports travel and experiences. They offer curated packages including match tickets, stadium tours, flights, hotels, VIP hospitality, city tours, celebrity meet & greets, and digital experiences for popular sporting events globally. This Sales Executive role involves proactively driving sales, converting B2C leads, upselling tailored packages, maintaining accurate records, leveraging product knowledge, and collaborating with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.
Must Have
- Drive sales proactively by generating new opportunities
- Follow up on B2C leads and convert them into confirmed sales
- Identify customer preferences and upsell tailored holiday and sports packages to maximize revenue
- Maintain accurate records of lead status, follow-ups, and closures through the system
- Participate & leverage product training and portfolio knowledge to confidently pitch and cross-sell relevant offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sale customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of targets
- High motivation and a customer-focused mindset
- Passion for Sports & Travel
