Product Designer - 3 (Sports AI)

The Design team at SportsAI is looking for a Product Designer to own end-to-end design across multiple features and projects. This role involves understanding analytics, collaborating with engineers, conducting user research and usability testing, and contributing to strategic conversations. The designer will also drive process improvements and contribute to the design system, ensuring products are useful, usable, and delightful for users.

Must Have

• Own end-to-end design across multiple features and projects
• Understand analytics and data patterns to inform design decisions
• Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality feature launches
• Contribute to strategic conversations to solve meaningful problems for users
• Regularly conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback
• Drive process improvements and add to the design system
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with teams, peers, and stakeholders
• 4+ years of relevant design experience
• 2+ years of experience designing B2C products
• Experience in using prototyping tools
• Delivered end-to-end UX/UI features/projects

The Design team at SportsAI consists of Product Designers, UX Researchers, Content Designers, Graphics Designers, Illustrators and Motion Designers. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that the products and experiences delivered to our users are not only useful and usable, but that they accurately reflect our brand and are a delight to use. Qualifiers:

• 4+ years of relevant design experience
• 2+ experience of designing B2C products
• Experience in using prototyping tools
• Delivered end to end UX/UI features/projects
