Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Manager at Axon, you will lead high-visibility projects, directly contributing to the development and implementation of impactful solutions. You will tackle complex challenges using advanced technologies, including cloud and on-premise platforms and critical systems. This role involves collaborating with professional services, sales, engineering, product, and customer service teams to deliver life-saving solutions and build public trust. You will manage all aspects of complex enterprise product deployments, overseeing project milestones, resource planning, scope, schedule, and risk management. You will also manage third-party integrator and client relationships, ensure stakeholder alignment, and drive process improvements to enhance deployment speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Must Have

- Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and deadlines.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met for revenue recognition.
- Support pre-sales scope definition and post-sales implementation transfer.
- Work with urgency, precision, and attention to detail, maintaining constant communication.
- Maintain client trust, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Stay organized and focused on removing obstacles through creativity and adaptation.
- Manage relationships with third-party integrators and clients throughout the contract.
- Collaborate closely with account technical leads, professional services, product managers, and engineers.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams for change requests, solution feasibility, and roadmap alignment.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to increase deployment speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to internal standard operating procedures, implementation guides, and best practices.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- French citizenship required for sensitive governmental data, willing to undergo security screening.
- 5+ years of experience in leading and implementing highly complex programs with proven success in technical program management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level software deployments, infrastructure projects, or large-scale enterprise application programs.
- In-depth expertise in delivering complex projects involving cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product).
- Proficiency in program/project management tools and methodologies (tracking, reporting, achieving objectives).
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM) or equivalent training.
- Experience in requirements gathering, workflow optimization, and facilitating change management within teams.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to guide client and internal teams through ambiguity, foster alignment, and achieve common goals.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of software configurations and coding experience (especially JSON) appreciated.

What You Will Do
Program and Project Management
- Manage all aspects of complex enterprise product deployments.
- Oversee key project milestones, resource planning, scope, schedule, and risk management.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met and associated documentation facilitates client acceptance for revenue recognition purposes.
- Support pre-sales scope definition and post-sales implementation transfer.
- Work with a sense of urgency, precision, and attention to detail, while maintaining constant communication with all teams involved in each project.
- Maintain client trust, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Stay organized and focused on removing obstacles through creativity and adaptation to rapidly evolving circumstances.
Partner Management
- Manage relationships with third-party integrators and clients for the duration of the contract.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the Account Technical Manager, Professional Services, Product Managers, and Engineers to align program execution with business objectives.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to manage change requests, solution feasibility, and roadmap alignment.
Process Improvement
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to increase deployment speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to internal standard operating procedures, implementation guides, and best practices.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in French and English.
- French citizenship is required to work with sensitive government data, and you must be willing to undergo a security screening.
- More than 5 years of experience in leading and implementing highly complex programs, with proven success in technical program management.
- Proven experience in managing enterprise-level software deployments, infrastructure projects, or large-scale enterprise application programs.
