Job Summary
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Paris, France, specializing in construction projects in the life sciences sector. You will oversee complex construction projects in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. Responsibilities include leading projects from launch to completion, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations, and overseeing specialized facility design.
Must Have
- Lead and manage all aspects of life sciences construction projects from launch to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and control processes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Oversee the design and construction of specialized facilities such as cleanrooms and laboratories.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations on construction sites.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.
- At least 5 to 7 years of project management experience, with specialization in life sciences or pharmaceutical construction projects.
- Proven experience in delivering projects in complex construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical and life sciences industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Experience with construction management software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent skills in risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of cleanroom and laboratory design principles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- OSHA certification required.
- Excellent communication skills in FRENCH and ENGLISH (Oral and written).
- Travel to industrial sites is required.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.
