This dynamic and fast-growing company, part of the OTTO group, is seeking an Administrative Recovery Manager for its Wasquehal site. The role involves managing the administrative procedures of the recovery service, including handling communications, contacting bailiff studies, managing calls, entering invoices, updating financial operations, scanning documents, and managing archives. The position is full-time (35 hours/week) with a minimum of 6 months administrative or customer relations experience required.

Must Have

  • Orient and manage communications (email, mail)
  • Contact bailiff studies to retrieve administrative documents
  • Manage incoming calls from studies and Courts
  • Enter invoices from the network of judicial officers
  • Update financial operations in our information system
  • Scan and index documents
  • Sort and reconcile physical documents
  • Process administrative requests from partners
  • Manage archives
  • Minimum 6 months experience in an administrative or customer relations role with objectives
  • Proficiency in Office pack tools

Job Description

Reporting to the Sector Manager, your objective is to follow the entire administrative procedure of the relevant department's activity.

Your main missions:

  • Orient and manage communications (email, mail)
  • Contact bailiff studies to retrieve administrative documents
  • Manage incoming calls from studies and Courts
  • Enter invoices from the network of judicial officers.
  • Update financial operations in our information system
  • Scan and index documents
  • Sort and reconcile physical documents
  • Process administrative requests from our partners
  • Archive management

Missions may vary depending on the department

Qualifications

  • Experience (minimum 6 months) acquired in an administrative or customer relations role with objectives to achieve
  • Remuneration: €1,850 + monthly performance bonus + monthly experience bonus from 6 months of presence in the company
  • Type of contract: CDI
  • Full-time 35h: 9am - 5pm
  • Proficiency in Office pack tools.
  • Bus access: nearby, C11 line stop Wasquehal centre commercial or Tramway access: Château rouge and Cartelot stops
