Job Summary
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the friendly face welcoming customers and embodying the heart of our brand. You will provide high-level service, initiating conversations, assisting at checkout, in fitting rooms, and throughout the store to enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities also include processing deliveries, restocking, and merchandising. Your role is crucial in creating welcoming experiences that showcase our brand, guiding customers with warmth and enthusiasm, and offering genuine, proactive assistance. You will collaborate with your team to create meaningful moments.

Job Description

You will have the opportunity to provide customers with a high level of service at every turn. Whether initiating conversations or assisting at checkout, in fitting rooms, and throughout the store, you will play an essential role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, restocking inventory, and merchandising the latest clothing in the store.
Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you will guide our customers throughout their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire them. Together, in collaboration with your team, you will create moments that matter.
While prior customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics are desirable, they are not mandatory.
