— a major entertainment and streaming brand competing at the very top of the category. This role sits at the heart of a fast-moving, multi-market operation that spans North America, Europe and APAC, supporting content launches, cultural moments and major sporting rights.

This is not a media planning role

— it’s a client servicing role

— but you’ll need to be comfortable navigating media plans, understanding performance outputs and ensuring markets are delivering against expectations. If you love organisation, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow your global experience, this is an exceptional opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as day-to-day support for the team on a major entertainment client, helping manage global requests and campaign coordination across multiple markets.
  • Review and monitor media plans, ensuring local teams are following briefs, meeting deadlines and delivering accurate responses.
  • Organise and track global deliverables

— chasing markets, validating submissions and keeping workflows running smoothly.

  • Pull and analyse data using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc.) and tools like GWI to support competitive reporting and campaign insights.
  • Manage fast-turnaround requests, particularly around shifting release dates and last-minute campaign adjustments.
  • Support senior client servicing leads with global governance, documentation, status updates and client-ready materials.
  • Build strong relationships with local market teams, helping unblock issues and flagging risks early.
  • Collaborate across time zones, including partners in North America and Australia.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a client-servicing or account management role, ideally within media, advertising or entertainment.
  • Comfortable working with media plans, understanding the basics of channels and performance.

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

— you keep multiple workstreams moving.

  • Confident communicator who can hold markets accountable without “barking orders”

— firm, fair, and approachable.

  • Able to handle fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
  • Experience working on multi-market campaigns or coordinating across regions is a big advantage.
  • Proactive mindset

— knows when to escalate, when to problem-solve and when to ask for help.

  • A genuine interest in entertainment, content launches or major cultural/sporting moments.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Work on a global entertainment giant, competing at the highest level of the streaming landscape.
  • Exposure to campaigns spanning major sports rights, global premieres and high-voltage release schedules.
  • Be part of a flagship Spark Foundry account with visibility across leadership in both the UK and US.
  • Build deep global experience

— coordinating across markets from Canada to Australia.

  • Learn from brilliant senior talent and develop quickly in a role with genuine responsibility.
  • Be part of a team that is growing, ambitious and known for delivering excellence.
