Job Summary
The OOH Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing Out of Home campaigns, ensuring effective execution aligned with client communication strategies. This role involves end-to-end campaign management, including planning, monitoring, and reporting. The specialist will support the team in operational and analytical activities, contributing to quality project development and business results. Key responsibilities also include preparing client presentations and analyzing competitor marketing activities.
Must Have
- End-to-end OOH campaign management.
- Deep knowledge of traditional and new OOH markets (e.g., Retail media).
- Experience with Pdooh platforms and purchasing.
- OOH campaign planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Client presentation preparation and commercial support.
- Competitor marketing and sales analysis.
- 2-3 years experience in OOH campaign management (media agency).
- Marketing/Communication academic background.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (Italian and English).
- Ability to manage multiple parallel activities.
- Strong analytical skills.

Overview
The role aims to plan, manage and optimize Out of Home campaigns, ensuring effective execution consistent with client communication strategies. Supports the team in operational and analytical activities, contributing to the development of quality projects and the achievement of business results.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of OOH (Out of Home) campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of the traditional OOH market and new markets (e.g., Retail media)
- Knowledge and experience in Pdooh (offer, platforms, purchase).
- Planning, monitoring and reporting of OOH campaigns
- Preparation of client presentations and support for commercial activities
- Research and analysis of competitor marketing and sales activities
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in OOH campaign management in a media agency
- Academic background in Marketing/Communication
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (Italian and English)
- Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel
- Strong analytical skills
