Influencer Product Associate

Level Infinite, Tencent's global gaming brand, is seeking an Influencer Product Associate. This role involves conducting market research, planning and developing new features for overseas game influencer platforms, creating product requirement documents, and collaborating with various teams (R&D, testing, operations, data) to implement and optimize products based on data-driven insights. The associate will also analyze business feedback and understand game publishing processes.

Must Have

• Conduct market research on influencer systems and industry trends.
• Plan and develop new features for overseas game influencer platforms.
• Create product requirement documents and user stories.
• Organize product roadmaps and collaborate with R&D/testing teams.
• Translate data-driven insights into product features.
• Understand overseas game publishing and operation processes.
• Analyze business feedback and propose product optimizations.
• Fluent in English as a working language.
• Proficient in product prototyping tools.
• Master's degree or higher, graduating between Jan 2025 and Dec 2026.

Good to Have

• Data analysis skills.
• Background in Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.

What the Role Entails

• Conduct market research to understand influencer system structure and industry trends. Utilize the unique characteristics of the gaming industry to assist in planning and developing new features for overseas game influencer platforms.
• Support the creation of product requirement documents and user stories, organize product roadmaps, and collaborate with R&D and testing teams to implement products.
• Collaborate with product operations, data analysis, and data science teams to identify business service cases and translate data-driven insights into product features.
• Understand overseas game publishing and operation processes, collect business feedback insights, analyze data, and propose product optimization suggestions.

Who We Look For

• This position is open to students pursuing a Master's degree or higher (no specific major required; preference for Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields) and graduating between January 2025 and December 2026.
• Strong interest in the gaming industry, understanding player behavior and market trends.
• Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language.
• Proficient in product prototyping tools; data analysis skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
