Job Summary

The Associate Client Services Analyst is responsible for supporting Account teams and working closely with clients to deliver successful results. Key responsibilities include liaising with account management for reporting and competitor tracking, performing content and campaign reviews, monitoring account performance for unusual spikes or lows, and reviewing affiliate publisher pages for discrepancies. The role requires 0.6 to 3 years of experience in digital media/client services.

Must Have

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge on MS office suite
  • Ability to apply logical and analytical thinking

Responsibilities
