Job Summary
Publicis Digital Experience, a division of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Senior Producer to manage print and lettershop execution for campaigns. This role involves ensuring high quality, cost-effective, and timely production, working with creative teams and vendors, and managing postal compliance. The Senior Producer will also develop specifications, proof materials, communicate supply chain issues, and handle purchase orders and invoices. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of print production, postal regulations, and excellent project management skills.
Must Have
- Effectively manage print and lettershop execution for all campaigns to ensure high quality, cost effective and timely production.
- Work proactively with creative team and vendors to ensure continuous improvement and optimal production solutions for new and existing materials and concepts.
- Manage postal requirements and ensure compliance to regulations.
- Attend press checks and QC checks at vendor facilities as needed.
- Develop specifications for new components in support of client's budget.
- Proof and facilitate routing printer proofs and lettershop audits.
- Proactively communicate supply chain issues to client team and coordinate solution implementation.
- Create Purchase orders, audit invoices and provide cost recaps.
- Monitor and audit postal statements.

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Producer to join our team.
Responsibilities
Essential Function:
- Effectively manage print and lettershop execution for all campaigns to ensure high quality, cost effective and timely production.
- Work proactively with creative team and vendors to ensure continuous improvement and optimal production solutions for new and existing materials and concepts.

Qualifications
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of the print production process and agency workflow.
- Knowledge of postal regulations a must, knowledge of postal logistics and consolidation methods a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and operational workflow dynamics to effectively track and analyze the status within the procurement process.
- Able to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and Able to solve problems creatively.
- Highly motivated and high level of initiative; inspires confidence to work independently and in support of department goals and business objectives.
- Able to build relationships and work across a multi-product line organization.
- Strong analytics and computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat).
- Excellent knowledge of project management software a plus.
Experience:
- Requires a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.

Compensation Range: $60,800 - $84,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
