Behaviour Interactive, headquartered in Montreal, is a leading independent video game studio with over 1200 employees across multiple locations. They develop games for PC, console, and mobile, including their iconic IP Dead by Daylight. This role is for a Product Director to drive the vision and roadmap for player monetization and content offerings for Dead by Daylight, focusing on characters, cosmetics, sales, and battle passes, and leading a team of Product Managers and Live Ops specialists.

Must Have

  • Own the live player monetization and store content roadmap
  • Manage prioritization of in-game monetization features and content across characters, cosmetics, sales, and battle passes
  • Own and drive the licensing content roadmap through revenue forecasting, market knowledge, community feedback, and collaboration with cross-discipline creatives
  • Collaborate and develop strong partnerships across creative, technical and production
  • Lead and grow a team of Product Managers & Live Ops specialists
  • Track KPIs & P&L
  • Partner with Data Insight and Marketing to forecast, measure, and optimize sales
  • Combine market insight, player data, and community feedback to define, validate, and evolve monetization features
  • 6+ years in Product or Monetization Management
  • 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience in the video game industry on a Live game (PC/Console)
  • Deep understanding of live game KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics
  • Proven experience creating strategic deliverables
  • Demonstrated successful experience with monetization systems (Content planning, first party sales, Battle Passes, first time conversion, segmentation)
  • Able to translate insights into innovative, relevant feature strategies
  • Experience in owning and driving a live content roadmap and influencing cross-discipline creative teams
  • Strong communication skills

Dead by Daylight is looking for a Product Director to drive the vision and roadmap of player monetization and content offerings, including characters, cosmetics, sales, and battlepasses. Your leadership will bring clarity, innovation, and long-term impact to our engagement strategy, helping define the next chapter of DbD’s evolution.

In this role you will:

  • Own the live player monetization and store content roadmap; Manage prioritization of in-game monetization features and content across characters, cosmetics, sales, and battle passes.
  • Own and drive the licensing content roadmap through revenue forecasting, market knowledge, community feedback, and collaboration with cross-discipline creatives.
  • Collaborate and develop strong partnerships across creative, technical and production; Your ability to influence design and creative direction will be crucial.
  • Lead and grow a team: Manage a small team of Product Managers & Live Ops specialists and build a high-performing monetization function.
  • Track KPIs & P&L: Partner with Data Insight and Marketing to forecast, measure, and optimize sales.
  • Combine market insight, player data, and community feedback to define, validate, and evolve monetization features that drive revenue and player conversion.

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years in Product or Monetization Management, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the video game industry on a Live game, ideally on PC/Console. Deep understanding of live game KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Proven experience creating strategic deliverables including defining objectives, key components, and audience-tailored messaging.
  • Demonstrated successful experience with monetization systems; Content planning, first party sales, Battle Passes, first time conversion, segmentation.
  • Able to translate insights into innovative, relevant feature strategies. Experience in owning and driving a live content roadmap and influencing cross-discipline creative teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
