Job Summary
Behaviour Interactive is seeking a Senior User Research Specialist to ensure their games deeply resonate with the audience. This role involves conducting in-depth user studies, applying qualitative and mixed-method approaches to uncover player motivations, behaviors, and experiences. The specialist will plan and facilitate research sessions, synthesize findings, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to influence design, product strategy, and overall player engagement, crafting captivating gameplay experiences that connect with players worldwide.
Must Have
- Prepare and conduct user tests, analyze results, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with game design, product management, and other researchers to integrate insights.
- Develop and maintain research protocols, including observation grids, interview guides, and questionnaires.
- Apply a variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies (e.g., usability testing, surveys, longitudinal studies).
- Contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation and workshops.
- 5+ years of experience in user research.
- Strong fundamentals in research methodologies (mix-method approaches, survey design, data analysis) and UX principles.
- Master’s degree in social science, psychology, UX design, marketing or equivalent.
- Strong ability and willingness to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the video games industry is a prerequisite.

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in user research (games industry experience is a plus).
