Job Summary
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Deputy Head of Casino Platform Business Operations to support the growth and efficiency of our Casino Platform division. We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven operations leader to drive a scalable operating model, ensure service excellence, and strengthen cross-team collaboration across key product and client initiatives. You will be responsible for driving a predictable and scalable operating model for the Casino Platform, ensuring high service quality, regulatory alignment, and smooth delivery of key client and product initiatives across markets.
Must Have
- Execute the operational strategy for the Casino Platform.
- Build a predictable operating model for growing client portfolio.
- Ensure high client NPS, SLA stability, and service quality.
- Handle escalations and work with key clients.
- Optimize internal processes, including onboarding, releases, and migrations.
- Mitigate operational risks, oversee compliance, and ensure regulatory alignment.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, AML, and Payments teams.
- Participate in planning and prioritizing the product roadmap.
- Lead the launch of new markets, features, and major product initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience in a team lead or managerial role.
- Experience in iGaming, fintech, platform products, or online solutions.
- Experience with licensing, regulatory frameworks, and compliance processes.
- Understanding of the technological architecture of platform-based solutions.
- Strong operational and strategic thinking.
- Leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management in a multi-team environment.
- Ability to implement quality standards and optimize complex processes.
- Fluent Russian language skills.

Full-service modular software platform to manage online casino operations
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for driving a predictable and scalable operating model for the Casino Platform, ensuring high service quality, regulatory alignment, and smooth delivery of key client and product initiatives across markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute the operational strategy for the Casino Platform in alignment with the product’s and company’s short-term and long-term goals.
- Build a predictable operating model to support the growing client portfolio (Tier-1/Tier-2).
- Ensure a high level of client NPS, SLA stability, and service quality.
- Handle escalations and work with key clients in close collaboration with Commercial and Product leaders.
- Optimize internal processes, including onboarding, releases, and migrations.
- Mitigate operational risks, oversee compliance processes, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements across markets.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, AML, and Payments teams.
- Participate in planning and prioritizing the product roadmap from an operational and customer experience perspective.
- Lead the launch of new markets, features, and major product initiatives together with product and engineering teams.
Required Experience:
- Experience in iGaming, fintech, platform products, or online solutions is highly desirable.
- 2+ years of experience in a team lead or managerial role.
- Experience working with metrics, SLAs, budgets, analytics, and P&L (as a plus).
- Experience with licensing, regulatory frameworks, and compliance processes.
- Understanding of the technological architecture of platform-based solutions.
- Strong operational and strategic thinking.
- Leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management in a multi-team environment. -
