This role involves providing customer service for a well-known clothing brand, ensuring high-quality interactions via phone, email, social media, and live chat. Key responsibilities include maintaining a positive and empathetic approach, providing accurate information, actively communicating within the team, and managing complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. The position requires fluent Ukrainian and B2 English, excellent computer skills, and adherence to a shift-based work schedule.
Must Have
- Customer service for a well-known clothing brand
- Maintaining the highest quality of customer service in line with project standards
- Efficient customer contact through phone, email, social media, live chat
- Positive, empathetic, and professional approach to customers
- Providing reliable and accurate information in response to customer questions and problems
- Active communication within the team and support for team members
- Supervising complaints and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining high quality of assigned tasks in customer contact
- Fluent knowledge of Ukrainian in speech and writing (native speakers preferred)
- Knowledge of English at a B2 level for team communication and training
- Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work shifts: Mon - Fri 8:00-16:00/11:00-19:00 and weekends 9:00-17:00
- Work 5 days a week and only 3 weekend days a month

- Supervising complaints and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining high quality of assigned tasks in customer contact.
Requirements:
- Experience in telephone customer service or similar work is preferred.
