The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the travel and hotel booking sector, with a strong ability to manage client requests efficiently and professionally. This role involves handling flight, hotel, and car rental reservations using systems like Galileo, Amadeus, and Travelport, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with travel partners.

Must Have

• Manage flight, hotel, and car rental bookings for clients.
• Use booking systems like Galileo, Amadeus, and Travelport for accurate and fast reservations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests and proactively resolving issues.
• Maintain positive relationships with travel partners and suppliers.
• Accurately update and manage client records.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the travel booking sector.
• Proficiency in Galileo, Amadeus, Travelport, or equivalent booking systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to flexible schedules.
