Project Manager - Middle

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Middle Project Manager for its Setup Team to lead cross-functional projects within the Casino Platform. This role involves driving clarity, alignment, and execution across legal, tech, and business teams, ensuring timely and well-documented delivery from kick-off to closure for multiple parallel initiatives. The Project Manager will define scope, manage timelines, assess risks, and maintain project documentation, contributing to the continued growth and innovation of the iGaming Platform.

Must Have

• Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Develop communication plans to keep all parties informed of project progress
• Address concerns and provide updates on project progress
• Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, dependencies, functional specifications, and technical requirements
• Identify stakeholders and establish communication channels
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements
• Conduct a feasibility study and risk assessment for the project
• Create a risk management plan and mitigation strategies
• Work with projects in collaboration with legal, tech teams, etc.
• Create and maintain project documentation (according to the company’s procedures)
• Ensure all documentation is accessible and organized
• Track project progress via monitoring systems, identify issues, and ensure adherence to the project plan
• Manage all development process tasks, and control the project’s scope and timeframes
• Conduct a project closure meeting to review achievements, lessons learned, and areas for improvement
• Document the project's success and areas for improvement for future reference
• Conduct kick-off and demo sessions about SOFTWISS products
• Work on 4 projects simultaneously
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• 2+ years experience working as a Project Manager and/or Team Manager in a software development company
• Advanced English and Russian level (C1)
• Experience managing a development team in a full software development lifecycle from requirements to delivery
• Understanding major principles and methodologies of project/delivery management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Professional Project Management/Agile certifications

• Knowledge of the technologies used by software development teams
• Programming skills and knowledge of development environments
• Experience in running/organizing workshops and training sessions will be a plus
