As a VIP Customer Service Representative for SIXT Ride, you will handle complex inquiries from international corporate and VIP clients globally. Your responsibilities include managing bookings, change requests, and providing support for web and app bookings. You will communicate with customers via email and phone in both German and English, contributing to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty while ensuring excellent service quality.
