Configuration Support Specialist

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Configuration Support Specialist for an EU Institutions client in Brussels. The role involves configuring Reusable Solution Platforms (RSPs) within the ECMP environment, developing and maintaining documentation, creating learning paths and training materials, and providing ongoing technical support to stakeholders, redirecting complex inquiries to specialized RSP teams as needed.

Must Have

• Configure Reusable Solution Platforms (RSPs) in ECMP.

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Configuration Support Specialist to empower Stakeholders through Technical Expertise and Training for one of its clients at the EU Institutions in Brussels.

Role & Responsibilities

• Configuring Reusable Solution Platforms (RSPs) by leveraging established solutions and integrating them into the ECMP environment.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for stakeholders utilizing ECMP.
• Creating learning paths and educational materials; organizing and facilitating demonstrations and training sessions for stakeholders.
• Providing ongoing support to stakeholders in their use of ECMP, and redirecting inquiries to specialized RSP teams as appropriate.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and a strong interest in technical platforms and their operation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both business and technical colleagues.
• Proven aptitude for creating clear documentation and delivering engaging training sessions.

Technical Skills

• A solid technical understanding is required, especially regarding configuration tasks (note: this is not a development role).
• Familiarity with JSON and GIT, as well as the use of DevSecOps tools for deployment and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities to address and resolve technical issues.
