Must Have
- Lead a strategic program for MR, ensuring successful delivery of a new product platform.
- Lead a cross-functional Project Core Team (PCT) and collaborate with R&D, commercial, quality, purchasing, service, and production teams.
- Accountable for scope, budget, and timing, ensuring alignment with Project Charter and business case.
- Manage risks and drive decisions.
- Build and coach a highly motivated team.
- 10+ years of proven success in managing large, complex product development projects, ideally in medical equipment or similar regulated industries.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to drive scope, budget, and timing across multiple subprojects.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, academic-level thinking with technical affinity.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and quality documentation practices.

As an Integral Program Director, you will lead one of the most strategic and complex projects in our portfolio with cutting-edge magnet technology. This role is critical to enabling business success and will have visibility up to board level.
Your role:
- You will drive a strategic program for MR, ensuring successful delivery of a new product platform that defines our future market position.
- You will lead a cross-functional Project Core Team (PCT) and collaborate closely with R&D, commercial, quality, purchasing, service, and production teams, as well as internal and external suppliers.
- This role offers exposure to executive-level stakeholders, leadership of a high-profile strategic initiative, and the chance to utilize your skills in managing large-scale, complex medical device development projects in a global environment.
- You will be accountable for scope, budget, and timing, ensuring alignment with the Project Charter and business case while managing risks and driving decisions.
- You will build and coach a highly motivated team, fostering collaboration and empowering team leads to deliver on commitments in a challenging and dynamic environment.
You’re the right fit if:
- You have 10+ years of proven success in managing large, complex product development projects, ideally in medical equipment or similar regulated industries.
- Posses strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk management capabilities; ability to drive scope, budget, and timing across multiple subprojects.
- Having obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree, academic-level thinking with technical affinity; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and quality documentation practices.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-propelling team player with a quality mindset and ability to deliver in challenging environments.
