Job Description
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Capture and model both as-is and to-be business processes.
- Coordinate stakeholder workshops, walkthroughs, and requirement sign-offs.
- Develop detailed requirement specifications, including use cases, process flows, wireframes, and design mock-ups.
- Conduct feasibility studies, fit-gap analyses, and support solution assessment and implementation.
- Guide users in preparing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Produce user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials.
- Participate in Project Management Office (PMO) activities and contribute to governance and reporting.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
- Comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) with process flows and diagrams.
- Stakeholder engagement and feedback documentation.
- Test plans, test cases, and testing reports.
- Feasibility and assessment reports for proposed IT solutions.
- Contributions to PMO meetings, workshops, and governance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in medium-to-large cross-functional systems.
- Proven experience within structured project frameworks (Prince2, PMI).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in international, multicultural environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft DevOps or Jira, and MS Visio.
- Ability to produce UML diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups.
- Knowledge of project management and system development lifecycles.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of another client's language is an asset.
- Experience with Agile or Design Thinking methodologies.
- Prior work experience with UN agencies or multinational organizations.
- Experience conducting workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.
- Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable leading discussions and workshops.
- Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and able to work under pressure.
- Effective collaborator across diverse teams and time zones.
Desirable:
- Certification in Business Analysis (IIBA-CCBA/CBAP, PMI-PBA).
