Functional Analyst (Junior/Medior)

Arηs Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a Functional Analyst (Junior/Medior) to join its dynamic team in Zaventem, Belgium. This role involves understanding current processes, performing impact analyses for new business requirements, updating documentation, preparing presentations, testing applications, conducting client meetings, and training users on new features. The company specializes in managing complex public sector IT projects, including systems integration, informatics, and analytics.

Must Have

• Understanding current processes, including BPMN modeling
• Performing impact analyses related to new business requirements or updates
• Updating and adapting existing documentation to new business needs
• Preparing presentation materials (PowerPoint) to explain the system to the customer
• Testing the application
• Presenting meetings with the client to present updates or clarify functional points
• Training users on how to use the new features
• Analytical mind and ability to clearly structure information
• Good communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Able to work collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Basic knowledge of BPMN
• Basic understanding of UML diagrams

Good to Have

• Good knowledge of Excel
• Familiarity with Jira
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
